PinGuy is a free app developed by Nadine Weishaeupl that allows you to effortlessly level your pinball machine using your iPhone. With its intuitive interface and simple calibration process, PinGuy ensures that your pinball machine is perfectly aligned for optimal gameplay.
To get started, you first need to calibrate your iPhone on a perfect 0° ground as zero. Once calibrated, place your phone on the playfield of your pinball machine and observe the 4 green markers displayed on the screen. These markers represent the legs of your pinball machine. The goal is to have the marker inside the blue line, indicating that the leg is properly aligned. If the marker is outside the blue line, the corresponding leg needs to be adjusted by screwing it in.
When all legs are perfectly aligned, all markers will be on the blue line, and the moving red crosshair will overlap the green one in the middle. This indicates that your pinball machine is level and ready for action.
After inserting the glass, you can switch the app to the glass mode and calibrate it on the glass pane. This allows you to ensure that your pinball machine remains properly aligned even with the glass in place.
